Quarterly Board Meeting Cancelled - April 24th

The Township has approved our remaining meeting dates, starting with April 24th, 2021. However, as we're all aware, PA is currently seeing a drastic spike in COVID cases. Therefore, the board, as a whole, has decided to cancel the April 24th meeting. We didn't have too much to go over, other than the 2021/2022 budget, upcoming projects and information on dues billing. With that being said, we've provided the newsletter and budget attached to this post, and we'll provide a detailed overview of some of the highlights.

1. April 24th, 2021 Quarterly meeting is CANCELED.
2. June 26th, 2021 Quarterly Meeting will be held, as of this time.
3. Treasury.
   1. Checking Account (Current): $87,293.06
   2. Money Market (Current): $10,011.76
   3. CD (Current): $20,000
4. Road work. For 2021/2022 we've budgeted $55,000 for road work to be done. We've put an ad in the paper to solicit vendors and have a few that will be in to provide estimates in the next couple of weeks.
   1. Mountain Top Drive. This road is a priority for us to fix (pothole repair). However, we're planning to keep road work costs low over this year and the next couple of years so that we can either re-do Mountain Top altogether, or in 2-3 sections over the next couple of years.
   2. Other roads. We do have our list of other roads that need to be done as well. The board will make their vote once they have all quotes/estimates in.
5. 2021/2022 Dues.
   1. The board has voted on not raising dues again this year. The board will continue to evaluate possible cost savings, cutting overhead costs and focus on collecting bad debt.
      
   2. The 2021/2022 budget has been voted on and approved by the board.
      
   3. Berkheimer will be sending out dues statements within the next couple of weeks.
      1. Annual Payment: No changes. Payment is due by June 1st, 2021.
      2. Quarterly Payment: Installment dates are: 06/01/21, 09/01/2021, 12/01/21 and 03/01/2022
      3. Penalty fees apply for the 2021/2022 dues year. Penalty fees were removed for 2020/2021 dues year.

Finally, we want to extend a thank you to Joe J., who has donated his time to build PMLE a new dock, as well as clean up the Lake area. The lake area looks great and should be a welcome site for all avid fishermen/women.
