Resale Certifications/Packets

Note: As of April 1, 2020, especially due to the limitations surrounding current circumstances, PMLE 5,6,7 has decided to send all resale certifications digitally, after payment is received.
To receive your resale certification/packet, please follow the steps below.
1) Fill out the below form, in full. These details are required for us to do our jobs and provide accurate information to you. If you are requiring multiple entities receive the digital resale certification, then please provide the additional email address' in the comment field.
2) Once the form is filled out, in it's entirety, your confirmation provides the necessary details on how to remit payment to us.
Please remember, any missing, or inaccurate, details from your request, as well as not receiving payment, only adds to delaying your resale certification. PMLE 567 Community Association has 10 business from receipt of payment to fulfill your request.

Rush Processing Fee: $75.00 (Only required if closing is within 4 days of request.)
