With the advent of the first snowfall of the season, many of you may have noticed our new vendor, going though our community. After a very thorough search (both direct and newspaper ad solicitations) and evaluation of numerous vendors, including direct meetings with finalists going through the community, we selected the new vendor based on multiple factors. These included experience, price, type and amount of equipment available and referrals both with other HoAs and Commercial Accounts. The vendor is a professional snow removal firm and is very proactive. The contracted price is all inclusive with as much material as may be needed for the season. Today, they are in the neighborhood spreading a 50/50 mix as much for ANY potential needs and to get first hand experience delivering it on our roads. They have reviewed our roads with the crew that will be supporting us and have mapped out the community with state of the art equipment. As a new vendor, they are anxious to insure we are satisfied with the work being done. During snow season, if there is a problem area, please communicate it to the Board via the email address or phone # for the HoA. We will monitor it and pass along any issues, should there be any, back to the vendor.
