Upcoming Meetings - Please note - Special Meeting

On March 21st 2026 at 10 A.M. the HoA will be holding its quarterly meeting at the Delaware Township building.  Immediately after there will be a Special meeting to vote on proposed revisions to the Covenants and Rules and Regulations, as required by the By-Laws. The document attached in the Covenant Revision Notice below (and in the PMLE Documents Section) is what has been recently mailed out to all community members in good standing.  The board hopes you will join us for the quarterly meeting and the special meeting where these resolutions will be discussed.  Just a reminder, these meetings and vote are open only to members in good standing. As per the By-laws, members in good standing are those who are fully paid up on their dues 40 days before the meeting.

As always meeting to be held at the Delaware Township meeting room beginning at 10:00 AM.
